Abstract :
A compact ultra-wideband antenna with dual sharp notch-bands is presented in this paper. By coupling two coupled-resonator pairs along with the feed line, novel two-order bandstop filter is realized and is integrated with the antenna to suppress the lower and upper WLAN band. The notch-band performance is analyzed and verified by experiment. The simulated and measured results show that the proposed antenna achieves a wide bandwidth from 3GHz to 10.8GHz with two notch-band successfully.
