Abstract :
Modularity is an effective solution to complex system. It has been widely used in some industries and has promoted their upgrade in a certain degree since 1990´s. However, these problems, such as the non-optimal industrial organization, low end of the world´s industrial chain, and weak capacity of independent innovation, will be the obstacles to further industrial upgrade in China. Furthermore, to a large extent, these problems arise from some factors deeply in systems and industrial development. Therefore, the improvement in market and its related systems, optimal integration of resources will be the theme to promote further industrial upgrade.
