Abstract :
Different methods for the investigation of Schur-stability using a Kharitonov parameter box are described. These methods are discussed and compared. All these methods use a two-step algorithm. In the first step, the critical exposed edges are determined. In the second step, these edges are investigated with respect to stability. The various methods differ only in the way the stability of the edges is tested. Due to the specific Kharitonov box, the numerical load is kept within reasonable limits
