            Abstract : 
A 700 MHz direct-conversion transceiver based on the IEEE802.16e standard has been designed and implemented. The transceiver employs TDD mode and high digital IF technology, which makes the architecture and design of the RF transceiver simplified. The experiment results show that the transceiver possesses the features of high linearity, low noise figure and phrase noise, excellent EVM, high dynamic range, compact and high stability, and is fit for mobile applications of WiMAX.
