Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Dividend policy, as the most important part of financial management of listed companies, not only has a close relationship among senior management, shareholders and creditors, but also affects the company´s stock price and future development. This paper firstly analyzed the distribution of cash dividends of listed companies, and then studied deeply on the factors affecting cash dividends; at last it gave some countermeasures and suggestions to standardize cash dividend policies of China´s listed companies.
