This article elaborates the terrible position in financing of Shanxi´s culture industry, and then explains the inherent connection between the culture industry and the venture capital. And the author proposes we can choose venture capital to boost culture industry. According to the actual situation in Shanxi and foreign experiences, the writer advances the establishment of the venture fund in Shanxi´s culture industry so that it can upgrade the industrial structure of Shanxi in the transition period.
