Since the opening, huge super funds raised of growth enterprise market have brought about a series of problems. There are such factors to causes this phenomenon as the issuers, the brokers, the market, and the issue system. In order to solve the problem, initial public offerings (IPOs) system should be optimized, the use of super funds raised should be strictly controlled, sponsor regulation should be strengthened, the expansion of growth enterprise market should be accelerated and market liquidity should be enhanced, and put warrants of new shares should be issued.
