Research on information disclosure of international board based on game analysis

International board is an important step for China to accomplish the opening of capital market and the goal for a financial power. And how the Chinese government take this opportunity to improve capital market regulation, especially the information disclosure, has become the focus of attention. This paper reveals the current status of information disclosure of listed companies in China, analyses the pros and cons of international board for disclosure based on the game theory, and provides relevant suggestions about how to build international board for the government.
