Abstract :
Developing an ESDA/JEDEC joint CDM standard will likely require hardware changes. The hardware solution should work on the three common CDM tester models currently in use: RCDM3, Orion and Oryx 9000. This work investigates a common hardware solution using an expanded set of verification modules.
