Abstract :
According to the disturbance, complexity and derivative of unconventional emergencies, studying the evolution rules in order to monitor the complexity and development trend of event processing has become one of the hot research issues. This paper proposed a trend monitoring model and formal description for unconventional emergencies based the NFA, and designed the events evolutionary algorithm. The example shows that the NFA model can describe not only the trend of the event evolution, but also formalized to express the relationship of whole process. The calculation is the most important advantages compared to other models.
