Abstract :
This paper is about numerical EMC simulations, which are accelerated through GPU computing. There are many obstacles but the chances are worth it. The factor by which the simulations could be accelerated by means of total solver time is about 7 - 15. This factor could drastically decrease or increase with complexity of the model. The process of evolving this technology to a very-large scale computing method is described in following section.
