The paper uses GEM enterprises as research objects, analyzes the influencing factors of high-growth enterprise debt financing, and empirically studies on the efficiency of high-growth enterprise debt financing through VRS model of DEA. Give some suggestions to improve the efficiency of high-growth enterprise debt financing.
