Abstract :
This paper pointed out that the user-oriented pricing strategy uses four aspects of the sensitivity analysis (the price expectation, the price indication effect, the availability of alternative service and economic condition of user) and thus stratifies for rural users. We found that based on above pre-development activities, the process of Service Value Delivery can wake up the user unaware of consumption desire and expresses their true acceptable prices. So can avoid the negative competition by lower price-based among Mobile Network Operators.
