Abstract :
Adopting the standard and mean deviation maximum method, this paper carried out a comprehensive evaluation of industrial economic benefit in Chongqing City, China, ranked the 40 districts and counties in Chongqing in accordance to their comprehensive industrial economic benefit evaluation scores. The outcome of the comprehensive evaluation based on the simple standard and mean deviation maximum method is proved consistent to that of official resource, showing that though simple is this method, it is effective and useful, and more suitable for economic benefit evaluation.
