Abstract
With the continued expansion of construction scale and investment scale in grid corporation, the enterprises need to meet their intensive, lean management requirement through the quantitative understanding of the investment structure and investment benefit. Based on the constructed evaluation index system, this paper introduces Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP) through the analysis of many deficiencies in the evaluation process of the traditional AHP. After that, this paper builds a new evaluation model using FAHP and then applies the model to the grid enterprise´s informatization investment benefit evaluation. In the last, the paper evaluates a grid company´s informatization investment benefit combined with the actual research data and gets the company´s evaluation score and then gives the recommendations for improvements.
