  • Abstract
    In current product-selling business models producers do not have any access to customer product use or service information. The emerging Industrial Product-Service Systems (IPS2) enables the provider to access and control that data and create new opportunities to generate product use knowledge, which could be delivered to IPS2 developers and planners to improve subsequent/future product generations and services. The paper in hand describes a comprehensive solution for the generation, management and provision of product use knowledge as a feedback for product/service development and operation.
