Abstract
Metersbonwe is a listed company specialized in casualwear apparel designing, manufacturing and retailing. This paper analyses how this enterprise integrates its external resource to implement virtual management and how it promotes the management efficiency with information system. This paper also highlights that medium-sized and small private enterprises should make good use of external resource to implement virtual management. Informationization is the basis of virtual management. It also stimulates the business process reengineering and the innovation in business model.
