Abstract
Design of analog baseband filtering topology for application in multiple standard wireless systems has been evaluated. Two versions of GSM channel filter implemented as finite impulse response (FIR) discrete time filter in switched capacitor (SC) technique are presented. The GSM baseband channel filters have been realized in CMOS 0.8μm and subsequently re-designed in 0.35μm process for GSM/WCDMA application.
