Government´s green purchase would have important effect on the consumption and production. There are perfect regulations of green purchase in the developed countries. Though there are some principle provisions for green purchase in our country law, the contents are not detailed and sophisticated. So, we should learn from useful experiences of the developed countries, and further improve the government system green purchase. Green purchase standard is the core of the operation. The product list of government purchase should be built on environmental mark certification, according to the practice of green economy.
