Research on the scientific development strategy of China detection institution

With the approaching of China´s entrance to WTO and the development of globalization, the detection institution in the detection market that served as service type appeared the globalized trend, foreign invested detection institution flooded in and the rapid expansion of the size of the private detection institution which made the main structures and requirements of the China detection market being deep transform, and the ways and means in organization and management of the detection institution had a great change. For the sake of the participating the international market, China detection institution should fit in with these changes mentioned above. So in this paper, the adjustment of the strategy of management system and operational mode, and the reform proposals of the strategy of system mechanism, specialized technology and talent supporting were discussed.
