  • Abstract
    A radio monitor station (RMS) collects the radio signal information of a large range of frequency for the management of radio bandwidth usage. To meet the challenges of large dynamic data, we have developed a domain specific management information system (MIS) for the radio monitor stations. The system design and implementation are described in the paper. An algorithm is provided to work with the radio transmission models for calculation of the radio signal coverage. The system is fully fledged with basic and advanced functionalities and now responsible for a provincial daily RMS management in practice.
