Abstract :
As a kind of special building material industry, the ready mixed concrete industry will confront with many risks such as the policy risk, the resource risk and the market risk and so on in the process of its investment and construction activity. The umpty risks which the concrete industry may confront with are analyzed in details first and its index system about industry risks is established based on the theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The index system includes three layers. They are the aim layer, the rule layer and the index layer. And then the evaluation model about investment risks is built on the basis of the former. By using an investment project about the ready mixed concrete in Tianjin as an example, the model is applied and a preferable conclusion is drawn at last.
