Abstract
Studies on models and tools for production control of discontinuous process systems have been made by the laboratory `Genie Industriel et Logiciel´ of the University of Valenciennes and the `Institute Productique´ of the Sligos Company. They have led to the development of a model of leveled scheduling and of sequenced scheduling for batch production systems. Experiments on the prototype model indicate its validity
