Abstract
The characteristics of the suppliers selection processes in the e-commerce environment are different from that in the traditional single sales enterprise. This paper uses the analysis method of grey cluster to analyze the selection of suppliers quantitatively, and builds the multi-supplier selection decision-making model of the ceramic e-commerce distribution platform based on the analysis and research to the characteristics of the multi-supplier selection of the ceramic e-commerce distribution platform. Finally, this paper demonstrates the validity and feasibility of the model through the case study and the results analysis, which can provide decision-making basis for the multi-supplier selection of the ceramic e-commerce distribution platform.
