Abstract
With the deepening of the health system reform as well as the people´s legal concepts and self-protection awareness enhanced, patients tend to put on increasingly high value on the quality of medical care. How to ensure the quality of medical treatment and protect the patients privacy, as well as provide more personalized service, has become a practical problem hospital to be faced. By discussing the privacy, patient privacy, privacy connotation and its scope, this paper presents the problem existed in the patient privacy protection, analyzes the form and cause of patient privacy violation, puts forward the corresponding strategy and measure in patient privacy protection, expected to provide some help with improving our medical service level.
