A survey of developing delivery industry in northwest China

In china, the application of E-commerce in business world has brought about a huge amount of demand on delivery service, which is one important part of delivery service in China. However, in northwest China, the impact of E-commerce on delivery industry is very limited. We find out that poor performed elements stop the development of delivery industry of these regions. Breaking down those barriers is the way to improve E-commerce to stimulate the development of northwest China.
