After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Taiwan has invested Mainland China very rapidly and investment fields haves focused the large scale and high level manufacturing industry since 1990s. The increasing investment shows great attraction of accepting Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) of Mainland China, at the same time those means Taiwan will make larger economic influence in the Mainland China than before. The paper analyses the trends of influence factors from economic scale and economic policy, Industry Structure and corporation strategy from three different kinds and tries to find some rules.
