Abstract :
This study managed to generate UV-crosslinking microparticles and wrapped in the microcapsules by using an ultrasonic vibration microfluidic chip, and we had demonstrated that the UV-crosslinking microparticles is real wrapped in the microcapsule and the microcapsules size was able to be controlled by altering the flow rate of the wrapped and sheath phase. Through control this experiment conditions we had successfully generated microcapsules and its size distribution is from 89 μm to 248 μm. The proposed ultrasonic vibration microfluidic chip was easy to fabricate and capable of high throughput and low cost.
