Research on innovational knowledge platform within a region

Innovational knowledge plays a more important role in regional innovation, and the rapid popularization of Internet makes it possible to establish a Web-based innovational knowledge market for knowledge sharing and re-creation. The problems are: (1) How to store all kinds of innovational knowledge into repository effectively (for seller); (2) How to retrieve them from the repository expediently (for buyer). In this paper, we propose a scheme to establish an innovational knowledge platform for medicine sector (includes medical treatment instrument) within a region, mainly including the design of innovational knowledge repository. In fact, the research method is also applicable for other sectors.
