Abstract
Asynchronous serial communication is widely used in computer communication. A method based on TL16C752B is introduced in this paper in order to resolve the problem that DSP6713B doesn´t have its own asynchronous serial port. In this scheme, serial port expansion chip TL16C752B produced by TI is used to solve the problems of TL16C752B driving and achieve hardware connection between PC and DSP6713B. MODBUS standard protocol and CRC detection are used in the system. The communication between PC and DSP6713B is implemented accurately. Experimental result shows that the system is low cost, high-speed and high stability.
