  • Abstract
    Risk management, an important process in IT project management, is the key for the success of IT project. Firstly in this paper, the limitation of the traditional way to mine the potential decision rules is pointed out, then a new method based on discernibility matrix is introduced to find out the hidden knowledge from imprecision or incomplete information, and mine the correct decision rules effectively, at the same time, an example is given to demonstrate the algorithm of the new method.
