Metadata Management Model for Emergency Information Resources

In the current emergency management, because the organization management and analysis of resources are not effective, we propose a metadata management model for emergency information resources. In this paper, we first analyze the structure and characteristics of metadata. Then set up a level management model. Through the distinction of core metadata and application metadata, we explain the model; finally we provide a framework for this model.
