Abstract :
Due to various risk factors facing oil transportation through pipeline, many advanced technology have been devised to detect or eliminate the potential hazards. However, utilizing all the measures will be costly and in some case will not reap the desirable effects. Therefore the authors introduced the security policy selection method based on analytic hierarchy process. It will help operators to discern the most needed security policy. Finally, some concerns about the application of analytic hierarchy process and discuss about its resolutions were suggested.
