Abstract
The optimal H2 model reduction problem is very important for numerical simulation and control of large scale systems. In this paper, we propose a stable iterative tangential interpolation algorithm (SITI) to address this problem. The proposed algorithm guarantees the stability of the reduced system. And it is suitable for the reduction of large-scale systems. Numerical examples show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
