Abstract

This paper has discussed and stated the background and institutional modes under which financial support and risk investment institutional frames appeared in the system of technology innovation achievement industrialization promote systems of USA, Japan and Europe Union. It also has analyzed and compared characteristics of these three developed economies´ technology innovation achievement industrialization support modes, and in allusion to existent problems in financial support and risk investment institutional aspects of China such industrialization, set out corresponding policy measure.
