  • Abstract
Using the full-wave spectral-domain technique and the method of moments, this paper analyzes a rectangular electromagnetically coupled microstrip antenna with electric anisotropy. As no restriction is imposed to the antenna thickness, the effects of the uniaxial anisotropy on the input impedance and resonance of electrically thin or thick antennas can be analyzed.
