Utilizing the data in six central provinces, the paper studies the impact of FDI on urban-rural income gap and the adjustment effect of education and urbanization on the impact. The empirical results show that FDI expands disparity of urban-rural income in central China, but the expansion effect is weakening with the improvement of technology of FDI. The improvement of the higher education popularity promotes disparity of urban-rural income in central China, but the combination of high-level human capital and FDI reduce the urban-rural income gap. The research also discovers that the improvement of urbanization promotes the urban-rural income gap and the convergence effect of FDI on the urban-rural income gap.
