Abstract :
A low-profile triple-patch stacked microstrip antenna is proposed. The antenna, which has a thickness of 3 mm, provides 22% bandwidth about a centre frequency of 5 GHz. In order to achieve the wide bandwidth, the dimensions of the patches are chosen to be slightly different and the feed is applied to the middle patch.
