Abstract
This study intends to establish a web-base learning and examination platform. Thought the S-P chart is chosen as the theoretical foundation, the analysis of data is expressed in a easily wording way to ensure an user friendly environment for students and teachers when using this platform. Both teachers and students can operate this platform easily and quickly to finish the examination and analysis functions. For teachers, this platform can help them fully and clearly discover the students learning performance. For students, this platform can help them easily understand every question´s results, and help them to review the sections which they are not fully understood. This platform can acuminate information and review the examinations in the past, after collected several examinations. It can be used to review the problems based on the previous examinations, and point out sections for students to review. Finally, it helps students control their learning performance more efficient.
