Abstract :
This paper deals with an MMIC circuit for universal use within an oscillator. By connecting a coplanar waveguide resonator with an MMIC developed here, the whole oscillator is built as an integrated circuit. The simulation and measurement results of the MMIC are compared, and the frequency characteristics of the resulting oscillator are given. We will also show the design of the resonator used to work with this circuit.
