Abstract :
E-government is the hot topic in the field of public administration and is significant for building service-oriented government. This article analyzes and evaluates the literature whose name contains “e-government” from the CNKI database from 2001 to 2010 by establishing variables. We find that the current study presents four characteristics: research results with low quality and in the primary stage basically; the government lacks of the attention, collaborative research scale not yet formed; lacking of academic norms, presenting structural imbalance; the introduction of overseas advanced achievement is insufficient, research funding is inadequate. The discipline progress stems from the unceasing reflection and discussion, we want to attract the scholars to promote depth discussion and reflection.
