Abstract :
Demonstration projects on existing rural house energy-saving renovations have been universally carried out around the nation; however, demonstration effect evaluation on the demonstration project has not been carried out. This paper akes Balinzuoqi Wang´ anchi Village´s existing rural house energy-saving renovation demonstration project as case study to explore the demonstration effect evaluation indicator system for the demonstration project and puts forth a first-level indicator system in which demonstration effects are evaluated from five perspectives (rural households, local government (the management), the environment, construction enterprises and building material manufacturers) together with 16 corresponding second-level indicators. It has determined the weight of indicators of various levels by AHP and also determined the relatively important priority order of single factors towards the target-level through total ranking of hierarchies.
