Abstract :
This paper proposes an innovative education model based on "participation mode" teaching process and "self-determination mode" scientific research, aiming at the disadvantages of traditional education and combining with actual teaching problems in the college and university. This model can cultivate innovation consciousness and operational ability of students to the greatest extent. "Folder" estimation mode is adopted in the model to appraise the performance of students comprehensively and objectively.
