A New Evaluation Method Based on Measuring of Medium Truth Scale

Evaluation is the basis of making decision scientifically in management work of science research and real world. This paper introduces medium mathematics system which is employed to process fuzzy information for evaluation. Based on measuring of medium truth scale, this paper presents a new evaluation method which uses logic truth value to judge individuals roundly. It uses distance ratio function to make the evaluation of one-item and uses sum function of weighting distance ratio to make the comprehensive evaluation of n-items. The analysis to the result of application examples shows that the new evaluation method based on measuring of medium truth scale is more reasonable and scientific than general methods.
