Abstract :
Selected quality improvement results observed over the period from 1987 through 1992 at an electronics manufacturer are reviewed and related to various total quality management (TQM) issues. Results are compared with published literature, and observations are made about the relative effectiveness of focused results-driven processes and cultural activity-centered programs
