Abstract :
With the rapid development of multimedia and the application of information technology education, constructionism study theory is revealing its strong life better and better and increasingly spreading its influence in the whole world. While, network teaching accords with the study theory of constructionism, able to provide the situation and condition necessary to new education theory, pioneering a bright way for Language C´s teaching efficiency.
