Since the relationship between Psychological Capital and desirable outcomes such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment have already been empirically supported, this study expands the boundaries of research by investigating the relationship between Psychological Capital and turnover intension. The paper studies the psychological empowerment and job satisfaction in the relationship between psychological capital and turnover intension. We analyze how psychological capital influences the turnover intension through psychological empowerment and job satisfaction. This paper established a framework to explain how psychological capital influences the turnover intension and the influence mechanisms.
