Abstract :
A buck-type high-frequency narrowband DC-DC converter is presented. In the converter, the zero voltage switching condition of the power switch is set up by using the reverse recovery property of the diode. The maximum voltage of the power switch is the input DC voltage and the maximum current in the power switch is close to that in the power switch using the hard switching method
