Abstract :
Multi-node decode and forward protocol(MNDFP) can be used to improve transmission performance and expand coverage. However, in traditional MNDFP, the number of cooperative nodes(relays) is fixed, regardless of the Channel Quality(CQ). In this paper, we proposed a selective strategy for MNDFP, which can adjust the amount of cooperative nodes adaptively based on the CQ. We give the closed-form expression of symbol error rate(SER) and Number of Channel Estimation(NCE) of this strategy. The simulation results show that the algorithm gets good performance in SER and effectively reduces NCE.
