            Abstract : 
Cloud computing will become hot topic as new computational model in the field of IT industry and information science, which follows distributed computing, parallel computing and grid computing. It has a profound impact on the way of living and working for human kind in forthcoming future. This paper briefly introduces the basic essence of cloud computing and information value-adding, and then constructs model of government information value-added exploitation using new cloud computing concepts and technologies, and finally provides new references for realizing value-adding and development of government information.
